An important distinction: PassWith Driving School Ltd is a driving school and franchise provider — not a DVSA qualification body. Joining the PassWith franchise does not make you a DVSA-approved instructor. ADI status is granted solely by the DVSA upon passing all three qualifying exams and holding a valid green badge. PDIs teach under a DVSA trainee licence and must remain under the supervision and sponsorship required by that licence. Franchise instructors are self-employed and responsible for maintaining their own DVSA registration, insurance and safeguarding obligations.
