Our lessons typically start on calmer roads in areas like Cross Gates, Whitkirk or Roundhay, where you'll build the basics: moving off, stopping, steering and mirror checks. As your confidence grows, we progress to busier routes like the A63 Selby Road, the A6120 Outer Ring Road, and the city centre's one-way systems and bus lanes.

Leeds has two practical driving test centres — Fernville and Colton Mill. We help pupils practise the roads, junctions, manoeuvres and types of driving commonly encountered around their chosen centre. Test routes can vary.
